A seasonal dinner course where you can enjoy six dishes made with seasonal ingredients.In August, we will be serving a luxurious main dish featuring rare and refined beef fillet, as well as an appetizer of conger eel, a symbol of summer in Kyoto, cooked in two ways - fried or seared, and a rich cream pasta made with chicken that has been simmered to extract the umami flavor and local Kujo leeks.After your meal, enjoy some fluffy cheesecake and coffee.
